How the GDPR-Compliant Chatbot System Works
The chatbot platform runs with a chat interface embeddable in your website. Customer configurations live in Supabase; the document store is hosted on a secure, GDPR-compliant AI infrastructure. Management webhooks cover the entire customer and file lifecycle: creation, listing, deletion, and document processing status tracking. Newly uploaded files are monitored automatically until processing completes — once ready, the chatbot instantly accesses the updated knowledge.
